St Paul, Minn. This clock was shipped to Brown on March 7, 1907, and has the bonus of "Special Grand" dial (the Chelsea ledger lists "sg" after the "Mahogany Drum on base"), so this dial has always been with the clock. This clock is overall in very good condition, and the only thing that keeps it from being excellent is a stress crack in the mahogany across the top, and the case has been professionally refinished. It is unusual that we should have two of these uncommon clocks in one sale and we expect lots of interest in this clock. Has house striking movement. The case and movement with matching numbers: 93,022. This model appears on the 1911 catalog, which Ly has included in his 1989 book titled American Clocks, page 82, fig no. 271, and sold new for $90.
