in black walnut, and in excellent original condition. The only item that keeps this from being outstanding is the gold leaf reflector ring which has been touched up with gold paint. This is the very clock pictured in Ly's 1992 Welch book, page 122, figures 204 and 206. The original finish on the finely turned case has been rubbed to a fine sheen. Original dial is virtually like new. This is a BIG clock, dial 18" diameter 30 inches.
