This is a large unit, top bird at rest, and center humming bird that appears to "flit" from branch to branch, the bottom bird tipping as if to drink from the "fountain", a turning rod of glass (in little alcove next to the clock). The center bird has lost some feathers on his breast, but still looks very much like a humming bird. The trees and shrubs in this unit are dark green and with lots of tiny light gray blossoms. With a two tune, pull wind music box that may be activated either independently or in conjunction with the key wind tweeting bird mechanism. Time and bell strike movement lower left with good porcelain dial and original moon hands. With a perfect glass dome. We sold the cousin to this last Nov with the water fall to the right of the tree. Height 23"
