in excellent condition, with some restoration. On the top, the right and left capitals are newly made and could be improved; the old figure in the sunburst has been sprayed gold. Otherwise the finish on the rest of the walnut case is original, nicely waxed, and with brilliant burled applique on the door and in the case back. The dial is perfect (specs in image are from fish eyes in the old glass). Retains original lyre pendulum, hands and door lock. Clean and running. This clock stood in the foyer of Larry's home. Height 102" ( grandfather, tallcase )
