with Maranville patent, Round Long Drop Regulator, with weight driven movement. This very clock is pictured in Ly's 1993 yellow calendar clock book, page 83, and also in the Gilbert book. A close up of the movement is also provided. The original dial has had the numerals re-blacked by an amateur, but the rest is quite good. The case is of walnut and rosewood veneers and is in very good+ condition, considering its age. The best part is the fabulous multi color tabletÖ and a bright label on the baffle inside. This is an uncommon calendar clock, and even more difficult to find in mostly original condition. Despite the dial touch up, we would rate this a 9 of 10. Height 34"
