(on dial), cast caryatid case. This is a tiny rococo style clock in good original condition. The movement is not an adapted watch movement, but rather a small carriage movement with a tiny platform spanning the plates, and visible through the small beveled glass at top. This clock has beveled glass on all sides, and is of "souvenir" quality, not to be confused with the clock in lot 415; still very uncommon in this size Height with handle up 3"
