Le Raisin showing a mother and child at grape harvest time. This is a LARGE and impressive set in excellent original condition. It is bronzed spelter with red marble inserts in each base (makes it feel like bronze). The width of the image is 32". The fine detail of grapes on the vine is remarkable for spelter which is relatively fragile in small diameters. Note each large candle stand (with drip cups intact) has a child at play attached. There is no evidence of damage or repairs. The well made French bell strike movement with porcelain dial with polychrome decorations, serial no. 23913. Would be $3000 if bronze. Height 22"
