in good restored condition. The case has been refinished (and re-grained), and looks quite nice, just not original. The center of the throat has been bladed out and the stick brushed with gold paint, a style only offered on the No. 1. The 2 wooden weight baffles are missing, but seems to run OK without them. The original dial retains good Howard and Davis signature, as does the movement. Throat tablet old; lower re-done. In all original condition, these seem to push the $2500 mark, so our estimate reflects the new finish. Height 32"
