with a 17th century warrior in full body chain mail armor, and with a sword and dagger, resting pensively against his sword. This is a white metal statue and most of the bronze finish has worn away. The feather on the warriors hat has been repaired. The dial is very good with only a minor chip by the "F/S adj hole". The hands and case hardware are original. The 8-day movement with fancy embossed back plate. This clock appears in the Kroeber 1888-89 catalog, page 20; very hard to find model. Height 20 inches
