in a walnut case with strong Jugenestil influence. The beveled glass in the door is cut from the rear and inlaid with gold leaf (minor bit missing). The well made Junghans movement is signed and strikes the hours on a single straight steel rod with nice tone. The dial has some minor discoloration, but the case is in very good condition with original finish. This style has really come back into vogue recently. Height 32"
