This late Morbier strikes on a coiled wire gong (strikes the hours and halvesóno prayer repeat on this mode), has anchor escapement. Note also that this clock has a concentric calendar that is in working order. The porcelain dial is especially nice, with each numeral in a blue surround; there are some hairlines in the dial. Height 54"
