C.1900, French for Tiffany Co., New York, Grand Sonnerie Carriage Clock Silvered Brass Grand Sonnerie Carriage Clock in good original condition. The dial has a spider of hairlines through the alarm circle and another across from 10 to 2 (none of these is too bad, but they are seen on close inspection). The well made movement retains original silvered lever platform, and with serial number 3819. The lacquer protecting the silver has worn through in the high spots and those areas have turned dark, but this strong Angle Riche case is very attractive. With a selector on the bottom with engraved positions for: "Hours and Quarters, Silent, Quarters Only", and with alarm. .Height 7"
