The movement is wound through the center shaft. Note seconds hand near bottom. The 24 hour dial is divided into two 12 hour segments and rotates once per day. It is easy to pick out the time anywhere with a simple glance. In a hexagonal solid walnut case with original finish and felt skid on the base. Height 13"
