Mahogany case with carved paw feet in nice old finish. Beautifully painted wooden dial. Original brass bezel and rosettes. Extra clean label reads: Mfg. by Joseph Ives, Brooklyn Long Island, NY Reverse painted tablet in bottom door. Eight-day time-and-strike, wagon-spring, brass movement (For similar example, see Fig. 20A in Connecticut Clock Technology by Ken Roberts.)
