, time only, for Bailey, Banks and Biddle, Philadelphia (signed on dial), and in fair to good condition. The only thing that keeps this from being very good is a chip in the dial, top right corner. Retains original hands, lever platform and good glass, and also with a travel case. Height of clock, 5 1/4"
