This is a lovely little clock with an all English platform spanning the plates and visible through the lenticle on top. The well made multi piece case is finely engraved on both sides, the top and the dial mask, and with 4 acorn finials that hold the top on. The rear has a door for winding and setting the hands, and an engraved, silvered plaque with Rossiter's name and the number of the clock. The porcelain dial has a small hairline at 10. Height 43/4"
