4 1/2 inch convex porcelain dial has only one small hairline, convex glass in a very ornate machined bezel. The brass dial surround was moved for some reason. I moved it back and the old holes lined up, meaning this surround is original to the clock. Original wood back cover. 23 inch rosewood veneered case with a lot of inlay work. Some nicks and scrapes but overall a very good early piece. This clock was made to imitate the expensive mystery Lyre clocks and was probably sold to us poor folks.
