ca 1911 It has the Wilcox patented chime movement, patented in Canada in 1836 Chime-Silent lever and winding arbor for the chimes are on the right side It strikes Westminster chimes on 5 heavy coil gongs The 8 day movement is mounted with an iron frame There is a full label on the back door The 6 inch silver dial is etched and has brass ornaments around the dial The solid mahogany case is20 inches high, 12 1/4 inches wide, running, and in near mint condition Ly-New Haven, page 95-96
