19 inches in diameter, 6 inches deep, 14 inch silver dial. Inscribed "Naval Observatory Time, Western Union". Pendulum movement requires 2 large batteries. Very clean, and surely will need batteries, they should last one year. Refer to Ly-American, Volume 2, and pages 179-188, for discussion of clocks receiving Naval Observatory time signals.
