The 8 day, solid plate movement is mounted to a brass bracket and needs only a suspension spring to put to running The movement and dial plates are numbered No.16817 Steel rod pendulum with a fancy molded brass bob, showing a pair of lovely cupids Glazed, all ebonized case is rosewood or mahogany and has applied gesso mounts on the door, top, and base There are 3 glasses, Vienna style Some very minor case repair may be in order This miniature case is only 30 inches high This unusual, and surely rare clock, is probably the sleeper in a 100 clock collection we recently acquired
