This clock is 8 day, one weight descending down the middle of the case behind a partition that slides up and down. Some of this model have labels on the sliding partition, this one doesn't and not sure there ever was one. Great original painted glass has been rebacked to hold the very nice gold paint. Original old zinc dial has been repainted. The 34-inch mahogany or rosewood veneer case has survived extremely well with hardly any chips. There are some scrapes or scuffs from hauling, etc. but should cover with "Nu Life" polish. The 8 day movement is rectangle and almost identical to the later No. 2 movements. It is like the movement shown at Ly-Seth Thomas No.368. The movement is held by mounting blocks and was used in some of the early No. 2 regulators. Original flat iron weight, old brass pendulum. The clock, glass, and everything, is identical to the one pictured in Ly-Seth Thomas No.354.
