This is an 8 bell clock, and as fancy as they made. 18 inch mahogany beehive case, mahogany side grills with cloth covering, fancy pierced brass and silver dials. Subsidiary dials for Strike-Silent, and Westminster-Whittington chimes. 8 day, deep toned "Sonora" patented resonated bells play the chimes every 15 minutes. The movements are the common Seth Thomas No.89, and No.104 that plays the 8 bells. There is a minute case separation on top right. A touch of glue should take care of the problem. Ly-Seth Thomas, page 206 thru 218, also see clock No.711.
