"Atkins & Downs for George Mitchell, Bristol, Conn". Short drop, 30 hour wood movement, striking an iron bell. The wood dial is really nice, old hands, weights, and pendulum, full label, original lower glass. 29 inch mahogany veneer case with stenciled full columns and the splat. The only hurt to the case is on the upper left where about 2 inches of veneer is missing. 2 toes on one of the carved feet are broken. A great example of this early clock.
