24 inch oak case, a great use of the grain, darkened over the years. Original painted dial has a little discoloration and paint loss where fingers rubbed. 8 day, time only, running. The old case dried out and separated slightly at the base. Rather than pull it together and glue, someone filled the cracks and stained. It is fine, just not a proper repair. Ly-Seth Thomas No.505.
