undoubtedly the nicest RA I have ever seen. Stands 44 inches high, and made of mahogany veneer. Crotch veneer on the backboard, full grain outside. Carved half columns and carvings from top to bottom of the case. 3 nice glasses, 2 piece porcelain dial, porcelain RA insert in the pendulum, porcelain beat scale, all very good. Engine turned dial rings, large cast pendulum with lions heads on the sides, lyre style. Movement is 15 day, has an outside count wheel, strikes half hour and hours on a coil gong and is running. No identification on the movement except "27149".
