Although the movement is not marked, it is obviously a Gilbert. This gilt spelter case with musicians in 18th century dress was not found in Gilbert catalogs, but the clock is obviously correct. The case has no breaks or loss and the gilt finish, though worn in some areas, has never been over-painted. Height 12.5Ó $100-$200
