Someone has added the bracket from an early 20th century banjo clock (can and should be removed). The case is stamped "DLW" for David L. Williams, who was a partner of Geo. D. Hatch from the late 1840's through 1860. They actually produced clocks as "Williams and Hatch". Other than a crack in the throat tablet, and a flaking dial, this is a good mid 19th century banjo, worth of dial restoration. Ht, with bracket, 41Ó $750-$950
