The mahogany case is in pretty good condition. The doors originally gilded are now covered with gold paint. The two original tablets are flaking and need restoration (suggest Tom Moberg or Lee Davis). The dial is very good with only minor paint loss by mounting screws. The finely made movement (same as for No. 5) is properly signed and retains its original pendulum with damascene pattern. The finial is original and mahogany case is in good condition. This is a hard to find model that is worthy of restoration. Height 41Ó $1,500-$2,000
