This clock was produced not to long after Welch bougHeight out J. C. Brown. The label (with losses) states that it was made at the old establishment of J. C. Brown. The movement is signed "J. C. Brown" (OK for early production like this). The original dial has a little paint flaking near 5. The top glass, frosted tablet, hands and weights are original. The mahogany veneer is in need of repair at several points along the outer band, otherwise the veneer is good. Height 29.25Ó $200-$250
