The rack strike movement is marked on the plate with A.B inside a star. This rather nice example will need some repair to the marble. There is a chip the corner of the base. The tips of the front corners on top are broken off. The side edge along the top has a small chip. The beveled glass panels are fine. One of the four thin brass bases that are part of the feet of the clock is missing. The hands are original. The black marble dial is fine. The pendulum is home made job of brass and steel. One should be able to find a proper French mercury pendulum for this well made clock. Height 14.50Ó $750-$850
