This model is a transition from the old (1870's) and new style "Parisian" (1880's) models. It has sidepieces with uprigHeight finials and decorated glass of the old model and the lion's head and applied base decoration of the new model. The moon hands are modern replacements. The dial has been repapered. No label remains, though the clock has a good 8-day Gilbert movement. The case has been refinished and could use another coat. The original silver drapery tablet is very nice. Height 24Ó $250-$300
