This rosewood veneered example is in excellent condition with a little veneer piece missing at the back of the peak and another small sliver missing to the rigHeight of the bezel hinge. The paper dial is worn in places and some loss in the center of the dial. The original finish has been nicely polished and touched up. The hands are original. The label on the back of the case is very dark but can be read. These clocks were made in a gilt and plain model; note gilt job (previous lot) has access through small pendulum bezel, while on this model, the whole door opens up. These Orientals are hard to find in this condition. Height 18Ó $600-$800
