lacking the two small thermometers that should be on either side of the beacon. The small 8-day platform time movement is in running order. Opposite the time dial is an Aneroid barometer. The spring motor in the base is wound by opening the hinged main door, just above the sill. When the lower mechanism is wound the beacon will rotate for a couple of hours. Someone has used some type of adhesive on the vertical driveshaft and it will apparently require disassembly of the base and lower section to remove it for service (beacon assembly needs tightening as it is wobbly). Height 17.75Ó $2,400-$2,800
