on a heavy cast iron base, and with a single jar mercury pendulum (less mercury). We have some mercury that we can give you for this, but not a full jar. This is a typical iron framed movement, slightly different layout than normal, with the pendulum suspension on the rear and beat set vernier on the crutch entering the pendulum slot from the front side. Amazingly, the original reverse painted glass dial is still intact, and with the name: E. D. Michels, Malines. All 3 hands are original. The case was originally for a battery wound master clock and has several extra wiring holes through the back (although not visible with the door closed). Hard to estimate this clock, but if your figure the movement and pendulum are worth $2000 and the case worth at least $500, then you can see our value. Height 69Ó $2,500-$3,000
