C.1904, William L. Gilbert Clock Co., "Derby" model porcelain case mantel clock. This unusual Art Noveau style case is colorful with ivory, turquoise, salmon and nile green decorations. This model with Rococo sash and ivory porcelain dial retailed for $12.50. The minute hand is wrong, but an easy replacement. The porcelain dial has discolored hairlines at 12 and 5, but is otherwise perfect. The case is perfect (the rigHeight back foot at first looks like it has a crack inside, but it is a shallow casting flaw and does not come through). Height 12Ó $400-$600
