Movement is engraved "Repossee par Leroy and fils Cie / Palais Royal 13 and 15 Paris" and numbered 6781, also with a second number 2842. Dial has some damage in lower rigHeight corner and has a worn signature and address of a Paris merchant which is not legible. Hands are original and beveled glass is in perfect condition. Clocks runs, but needs cleaning; note this clock strikes and alarms on a bell (original). A high quality clock from the last quarter of the 19th century. Height 6.75Ó $1,200-$1,800
