This is a pretty nice mahogany case with original finish. There has been some minor veneer repair and there are still some veneer chips on the flat surfaces, but overall the losses are small. The bottom door has a nice crotch mahogany veneered panel. The middle glass is old but is a replacement. The upper glass is original but has a crack in one corner. The original and rather nice dial has some minor paint flaking caused by stress to the wood. The lift mirror in the dial is still original (most times absent or broken). The hands and the dust covers are original. The clock has a large side arm strap brass movement. This firm eventually became Birge, Mallory and Co. Height 36Ó $500-$600
