This rosewood veneered case is in nice condition with some veneer repairs on the base. The original grain painted columns are intact. There are a couple of veneer chips on the cornice. The clock has an original tablet of the Merchants Exchange in Philadelphia. The bottom tablet is a replacement. The rigHeight side of the cornice has been replaced, but very nicely done. The wooden dial has some worn paint areas and paint loss around the mounting screws. The faint signature is still visible on the dial. The 30-hour brass movement is signed. The minute hand is a replacement. A nice early column and cornice. Height 26.5Ó $300-$400
