Cylindrical brass with domed top, engraved with geometrical pattern, three cylindrical ribbed feet. D. Silvered, the applied gilt-brass chapter ring with bright-cut indexes. Gilt-"Dauphine" hands. M. gilt brass, 17Ó'(cal 17-250), 28 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring, micrometric "swan-neck" regulator, power supplied by light cells mounted in an opening of the case dome.
