Breguet, Paris, No. 3496, circa 1910. Very fine and rare, eight-day going, small quarter repeating, petite sonnerie carriage clock in original fitted leather box. C. Gilt bronze, 'Anglaise riche' with Corinthian columns. D. Matte gilded, Arabic numerals, outer minute ring, blued-steel 'spade' hands. M. Rectangular, brass, platform escapement with lateral lever, lift on pallets, bimetallic compensation balance, blued-steel flat balance spring, going barrels for both trains, repeating and striking from the same barrel. Repeating on two gongs with button on the top and fly regulator. Signed on the dial and on the box. Dim. 88x55x43 mm.
