The rectangular plates are stamped Made in France and numbered 3831. It has lever escapement which is adjustable for regulating the time. The large silvered bell is decorative as it is not meant to strike. These clocks were produced after year 1900, pehaps 1910. The clock is all original and in good condition. The dial is silvered and surrounded with good quality engraving to the center of dial and top fretwork with dolphins. Height: 11.5 inches (29cm) Width: 4.5 inches (11.5cm) Depth: 4.5 inches (11.5cm)
