The multi-piece porcelain case is in the form of a temple, a base, 4 columns and a dome, all decorated with cobalt blue, gold highlights and hand painted scenes of children floating in the clouds. The well made French striking movement with a brass dial bearing individual cartouche plaques with blue Roman numerals. We've seen these for sale at Camden Passage in London for 3500 Pounds Sterling. Height 16.5 inches
