for Bigelow, Kennard and Co., Boston (on dial), carriage or "Traveling Clock" in excellent original condition. Movement is number 27370 and clean and running. The case retains most of its original gilding as is really remarkable for its age. This clock sold new for 18 dollars, several times the price for Connecticut look-a-likes of inferior quality. Note case is engraved with the initials "C.E.A." Height 5 3/4 inches
