a rectangular case with molded edges, quarter repeating on demand only, and the case with finely fretted sides and overlay mask around the dial. There is also an alarm. This clock was a puzzlement to us, since other than the miniature repeaters, we had not seen a normal size carriage that did not at least strike the hours. However here you have it. Depressing the repeat lever gives you hours, followed by the quarters.
