The case has a lovely motif: a handsome young boy with nickers and horn has just descended a ladder with a chick in a bird's nest, and is holding it in his right hand. The well made round movement strikes the hours and halves on a bell. The rear feet on the case have been repaired (brass reinforcement); case is otherwise sound. The porcelain dial is fine with the name of a retailer. Height 16 inches
