Very nice signed 2 weight movement is running very strong, striking half hours and hours on a coil gong. Excellent 2 piece porcelain dial and beat scale. The brass pendulum, dial ring, and weights, are nice and shining but like most weights that have been around all over the world, they have some dings, but as I said, they are shining and very serviceable. 3 good glasses, and surprise surprise, I believe the old carved and etched headpiece is original to this case. The 38 inch walnut casegot more impressive as I checked it over. There are nice turned half columnsand a very classy carved and etched headpiece as well as carved and etchedtail piece.
