Large zinc painted dial is 16 inches, time ring is 12 inches. The dial is marked, "Patent Lever Escapement Jeweled", and hasa small painted seconds dial below the hand arbor. Dial has yellowed someand has some paint loss, almost all outside the time ring. Above the handarbor are two large holes for adjusting the "S-F" as marked on the dial. Newputty around the glass. The wood case is 22 inches, wood bezel has gesso designsand retains a good amount of the original gold gilt, and body of case alsohas gesso designs and has been patched over the years and repainted coveringany gold that might have been there. The time only 8 day movement is stampedwith the makerÕs name. The movement is a lever movement of course, for whichBeach and Hubbel were noted. All the successor companies also made marinelever movements.
