The walnut case is 32" high. There is just enough trim, moldings, and bevels to keep the case from being real plain. 8 day signed movement strikes bim-bam on 3 rods, one time on halfhours and the number of hours. The beveled leaded glass is what sets thisclock apart from the ordinary box clocks. There are two porthole glasses onthe sides. Large bowed glass over the 8 inch silvered dial. Clock is clean, has a good finish on the wood, and is running great.
