Porcelain dial with subsidiary seconds dial, signed only, "Made in USA". Needs oiling as it tries to tick but metal is rubbing metal. Case is 7-1/2 inches high, featuring an attractive lady holding the basket of flowers and clock. Great dial, beveled glass. There is a faint imprint of a maker on the base.
