You call it anything you want. Looks like a swinging arm ball on a portico base. 11 inches high, very substantial case, not junk. Running but slightly out of beat. Garland of flowers-numerals makes up the dial. I would guess 30 hour, front wind. A couple of dings in the balls, nothing serious.
